Just fetched a brand new 1TB harddrive today along with passing by the store to buy food.

After getting aid from my brother whom's as skilled (newbie level - that's what it feels like anyway) in things like this, we managed to insert it in my chassi that's a hell to put thing's in! 

While I am more than reliefed that the computer's working, that I've not broken anything at all, I think that, after talking with more knowledged friends and on forums, my little harddrive ain't slaved properly! GRRRRR! I really am hesitant to removing the harddrive after all the issue I had in putting it in...so I'm suppose that, with this post and such, just stalling time ^^;

I've never ever slaved a harddrive before, but it's fairly obvious that that's the issue how much as it irks me, especially after comparing the info. Why couldn't it be something as easy as my anti-virus (Kaspersky) seeing it as a plausible threat? But noo...has to be a complicated issue. Mrfs.

Am also typing this up to whine a little before I open up my eviiiilness of a chassi again...or I might wait to tomorrow XD But still irks me that while the computer finds the new harddrive and activates it I still can't see it in the "This computer" part...mrf!
